Where exactly is your office in Alhaurín el Grande?
At C. Gerald Brenan, 43 (29120), on the corner with the blue Rojano Vera sign, near the taxi rank and the post office. We are open Monday to Thursday 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00, and Friday 9:00–14:00. It is best to book an appointment: call us on 670 301 030 or message us on WhatsApp.
Which court will handle my case if I live in Alhaurín el Grande?
The Coín Court of First Instance (Tribunal de Instancia de Coín, C. Magistrado Miguel García López, s/n), which serves Alhaurín el Grande, Coín, Guaro, Monda and Tolox. Employment trials and appeals against the public administration are heard in Málaga city, at the Ciudad de la Justicia. We accompany you in both cases.
I have a country house without paperwork. Can it be legalised?
It depends on the land classification, the age of the building and whether there are any open proceedings. In many cases you can obtain the AFO declaration (asimilado a fuera de ordenación), which lets you register the home at the Land Registry and connect electricity and water. We review it with the documents from the Town Hall and the Land Registry.
I inherited a rural property with my siblings and we cannot agree. What can I do?
If there is no agreement to divide or sell, you can apply for a court division of the estate or for the termination of joint ownership. We first try to negotiate a solution, which is usually quicker and cheaper. If any of the heirs lives outside Spain, we take care of that part too.
I am a foreign resident in Alhaurín el Grande. Can you help me?
Yes. We handle residency and TIE, nationality, non-resident inheritances, Spanish wills and home purchases for residents from other countries, and we assist you in English.
How much does the first consultation cost?
It is free and with no obligation, at the Alhaurín el Grande office or by video call. Afterwards we give you a personalised quote before we start and, if you need it, interest-free financing.
